Who Am I?

Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Darlene and I'm an online digital Entrepreneur.

How did I get here you ask? —Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself.

I am from the mountains of North Carolina. When I was young, I knew that a career stemming from corporate America was desirable for me. However, that was not to be.

Not being someone who had a lot of family support career wise, I ended up in a few factories which produced clothing in my early twenties. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.

I always fancied myself as someone who COULD go to college and become a teacher or someone in an office type setting.

That was not to be, as I really had no funding, or anyone to encourage me or tell me how to get started.

FAST FORWARD. After getting into about the 5th factory job, the company closed!

In closing, the government offered funding assistance for any of the employees who wished to go to college and replace their current career with another type of career! I jumped on the opportunity and never looked back.

The desire to work in factories for 30 years was not in my dreams.

I managed to make it through college, earning two Associate Degrees while being married with three children and also working a full time job.

The Corporate Life

Taking the degrees I earned in Information Systems and Programming, I was able to find a job in the nearest city to my little mountain town.

Driving back and forth, an hour each way daily soon became tiresome and the corporate ladder did not seem to hold a lot for me. I was fortunate enough to fall into a manager position in IT at the local hospital in our little town of 10,000.

Over the years I gave up the corporate lifestyle dream and was satisfied where I was.

As time went by put back a little money in a 401K but I came me to realize that the small amount of money myself and my husband were able to put back was not going to be enough to live comfortably after retirement even with Social Security.

I began looking online for opportunities to make money and stumbled upon Affiliate Marketing!

I tried several different programs and settled where I currently am!

Attraction Marketing

This has become the answer to my prayers. With the extra income from Affiliate Marketing my husband and I are able to supplement our savings and government checks, and as Affiliate Marketers, the possibilities are endless. AND the best thing about it is that I can work from anywhere, any time I want and enjoy a better lifestyle than working a 9-5 job.

I don’t have to be tied to an employer and be told what to do all day, I can do what I want, when I want! I would love to share this life with you!
